Khartoum has total access to intelligence in South
JUBA (17th July) the director for security and intelligence in the ministry in an interview at the closure of a four day workshop organised by the Swiss Security System Reform Team has revealed that 'Khartoum intelligence' have unwarranted “access to secret intelligence” in southern Sudan.
